State of Yoga provides private classes to individuals or small groups. Private Yoga sessions offer interested students a practice designed to meet their unique state of being. These sessions also allow students to work at their own pace, encouraging them to express their personal interpretation of the postures. Private sessions are particularly helpful for those who need foundations before attending public classes and for those who want to establish a home practice or refine an existing one. It's also an excellent opportunity to deepen an already existing practice by exploring the more subtle aspects of asana and meditation.
