Studio & Room Rentals
State of Yoga offers two serene and beautiful spaces for your next event or gathering, particularly appropriate for yoga teachers, healers, masseurs, nutrition specialists, mindfulness trainers and practitioners of similar disciplines.
The Spaces
We are located in Miami Beach, tucked away in its residential South of Fifth neighborhood— just minutes away from the shore! Bright and spacious, each room is equipped to host any private yoga session, photoshoot, or wellness service you are looking to arrange. Developed on two floors, each space offers its own private entrance, bathroom, central air conditioning, and sound system. Free parking is available in front of the studio Monday - Friday until 6pm as well as metered parking for evenings and weekends.

Details and PRICING
Room rentals are based on an hourly rate, with a minimum rental period of 1.5 hours.
A deposit is required to reserve the space. Full payment must be received at least 72 hours before the scheduled event.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event: the deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event: the full rental amount is non-refundable.
weekdays and summer rates
Receive 10% off rentals scheduled Monday through Friday between 1:00 PM and 4:30 PM.
Receive 10% off all rentals from July 1 through September 30.
Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined. A maximum discount of 10% applies.
